You’ll arrive at Wilmington International Airport (ILM) on Wednesday any time after 12pm where you’ll be greeted and promptly escorted to your accommodations. If you choose to drive, we will provide directions directly to the hotel. The essence of your Fitnescape begins that evening with a light workout and welcome dinner and continues through Sunday at 11am. After a final morning workout and healthy brunch, you’ll be escorted back to Wilmington International Airport for your departure to your home city.
